The PCI-Express card AXAGON PCEA-S2N expands the desktop computer by two serial RS-232 ports with DB-9 connectors.
High performance, seamless compatibility and a wide range of port settings are ensured by the use of a proven ASIX chipset.
Thanks to the included low profile blanking plugs , the controller can be installed in both standard and low-profile PC cases.
Input:
• PCI-Express 2.0 interface, compatible with PCI-Express 1.0a / 1.1 / 2.1 / 3.0.
• Number of 1-Lane lines (x1), compatible with x1 / x4 / x8 / x16 PCIe slots.
• 5 Gb / s 1-Lane PCIe 2.0 bus throughput.
Output:
• 2x serial RS-232 port with DB9 male connectors, ports located on the card blanking plug.
• Guaranteed data flow of used RS232 drivers up to 250 kBd.
• Compatible with 16C550 / Extended 16C550 / 16C950 UART.
